Craig Fernandez
Craig Fernandez began his career in the collision repair industry with Exclusive Auto Body in Van Nuys, Ca. From maintenance person to general manager and shareholder, Fernandez, with Ed Mohr, Roni Gill and Dan Mohr, successfully developed and implemented the methodologies and culture which comprise RPM.
Fernandez has taken a special interest in training and education. He has completed Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Training for Managers and is a Certified Continuing Education Trainer. Craig has attended many motivational, human relations, financial and sales training seminars. Craig also holds a seat on the Automobile Club of So. Ca. I.R.P. Advisory board.
Craig resides in Santa Barbara with his wife and five children where they enjoy outdoor activities. If you can’t reach him it’s probably because he’s riding or training for another outdoor adventure.
Roni Gill
Amongst her many talents, Roni Gill brings to 101 Collision over twenty years of proven management experience to streamline business operations, develop a strong and cohesive company culture, skills in human resources management and the ability to improve organizational efficiencies.
Following the sale of Exclusive Auto Body to M2 Automotive, Inc. in 1999, Gill served as M2’s Director of Operational Development. After resigning from M2 in 2001, Gill formed GateBoss, LLC, the developer of an electronic production scheduling and calendaring software product.
Roni Gill resides in Newbury Park with her husband. Together they enjoy camping and the beauties of the Southland!
Dan Mohr
After serving in the U.S. military, dan mohr began his career in the collision repair industry in 1984 with Exclusive Auto Body in Van Nuys, Ca. After two years, Dan was promoted to estimator and later became the direct liaison to the eight dealerships Exclusive was referred business from, all DRP accounts, and all day-to-day activities related to sales.
Mohr worked with Ed Mohr, Roni Gill and Craig Fernandez on the successful development and implementation of the industry’s first scheduling tool to drive and monitor the flow of work within the shop, which helped to drive the business to $9 million in annual volume.
Dan Mohr and his daughter Taylor reside in Newbury Park, Ca. He is a serious golfer and a water-skiing enthusiast. But Dan’s favorite hobby is… raising Taylor!
Ed Mohr
Ed Mohr, an active member of the auto collision repair industry for over 40 years, was the founder and primary shareholder of a large and very successful body shop, Exclusive Auto Body in Van Nuys and Burbank, Ca, for 22 years.
Mohr has earned a strong reputation in the industry for his integrity and passion toward creating innovative and effective methods to improve production efficiencies in this highly fragmented industry. Until Ed Mohr implemented these changes, it is believed that the operating model in this industry has been virtually unchanged since its inception nearly a century ago.
Ed Mohr, his wife and son, reside in Camarillo, Ca. He enjoys nature and wildlife, walking his dog, and playing with his young son which include a variety of outdoor activities.
