Just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I was extremely pleased with the repair and service I received for my 2006 R-350 Mercedez Benz. From the first contact I had with your employee Barbara on the phone, to the last time I drove off of the lot, I was completely impressed. It is rare these days to receive even mediocre customer service let alone excellent! I was naturally flustered and frustrated when I first made the call after I had opened my car door to get out and had someone drive right into the door almost taking the door and my arm with it! I was given your number from my Farmers Insurance agent and was very reluctant to call as I have had negative experiences in the past when usinga body shop recommended by my insurance company. I decided to take a chance and am ever so glad that I did. Barbara Kraszewski and her staff were friendly, efficient, cooperative and flexible with my schedule and made me feel confident that everything would be alright. Barbara made it a point to keep me up to date on the progress of the repair almost daily. When the car was ready to be picked up there was a spot that had been overlooked but it was immediately fixed at my convenience. She also made sure that I did not forget to bring it back for that small repair and gave me gentle reminders. My car was clean on the inside and out and I was offered transportation if needed. I will not hesitate to refer your company to anyone that asks me for a referral. I commend you on your 101 Collison’s work ethic and performance and especially that of the General Manager Barbara Kraszewski.
