Just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I was extremely pleased with the repair and service I received for my 2006 R-350 Mercedez Benz. From the first contact I had with your employee Barbara on the phone, to the last time I drove off of the lot, I was completely impressed. It is rare these days to receive even mediocre customer service let alone excellent! I was naturally flustered and frustrated when I first made the call after I had opened my car door to get out and had someone drive right into the door almost taking the door and my arm with it! I was given your number from my Farmers Insurance agent and was very reluctant to call as I have had negative experiences in the past when usinga body shop recommended by my insurance company. I decided to take a chance and am ever so glad that I did. Barbara Kraszewski and her staff were friendly, efficient, cooperative and flexible with my schedule and made me feel confident that everything would be alright. Barbara made it a point to keep me up to date on the progress of the repair almost daily. When the car was ready to be picked up there was a spot that had been overlooked but it was immediately fixed at my convenience. She also made sure that I did not forget to bring it back for that small repair and gave me gentle reminders. My car was clean on the inside and out and I was offered transportation if needed. I will not hesitate to refer your company to anyone that asks me for a referral. I commend you on your 101 Collison’s work ethic and performance and especially that of the General Manager Barbara Kraszewski.

When I was in an unexpected accident, the insurance company referred me to 101 Collision. At first I was hesitant, but I spoke to Juan Diaz and the rest of the office staff and I knew that I was in good hands. Everyone at 101 Collision is very friendly and helpful, especially the General Manager Juan Diaz. He is honest, straight forward, and very knowledgeable about the body work of the cars. This is especially true since I have 3 different cars, each one having had work done by 101 Collision. They kept their word for the promises they made, making customer satisfaction a VERY high priority. I recently took installed new headlights, which ended up not working properly, so I went to 101 Collision and they took care of it right away. I highly recommend this place, as I am a HIGHLY satisfied customer.
